Flagger:
The Flagger plays a vital role in ensuring the safety of workers, motorists, and pedestrians at construction sites, roadway projects, and public events. This position is responsible for directing traffic flow, setting up and maintaining traffic control devices, and ensuring compliance with DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and MUTCD standards. Flaggers are expected to maintain situational awareness, follow approved Traffic Control Plans (TCPs), and communicate effectively with other crew members and the public. As the first line of defense in maintaining safe work zones, the Flagger must demonstrate professionalism, alertness, and a strong commitment to safety at all times.

FOREMAN:
The Foreman is responsible for leading and coordinating field crews to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient traffic control operations in accordance with DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and MUTCD standards. This position oversees all aspects of daily work zone setup, maintenance, and removal while upholding Cadre Traffic Control’s operational standards and safety practices. The Foreman serves as the on-site leader, managing crew performance, conducting inspections, maintaining communication with supervisors and project partners, and ensuring all work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality expectations.
